In compliance with the Data Protection Law, Simple Market informs all interested parties that, with the express consent of the data provided upon completion of the purchase, it only requests from customers the personal data necessary for the acquisition of the products obtained, not sharing, storing in databases, transferring or using such data for any purpose unrelated to the purchase.

Simple Market may, in purchases made by users, request confirmation of the data provided when placing the order, along with additional data (that it deems important) to complete the confirmation, in order to ensure the legality of the actual buyer. Such a request may be made through Social Networks or Email, with the recipient having the choice of the channel they feel most secure in providing it. In the absence of confirmation after the deadline stipulated in the communication, Simple Market reserves the right to cancel the purchase.

Simple Market, in its use of payment intermediaries or payment gateways, requires and mandates the provision of order data to them for the processing, analysis, and approval of the purchase.

Customer bank details or card information used for payment at the time of purchase are exclusively restricted to the intermediary or gateway enabled on our website through our Platform. The customer may be redirected to these intermediaries (standard checkout) or remain in our environment (transparent checkout), both in a secure and restrictive manner.
